Rajan Govind
With over 34 years of international experience in the façade engineering and building envelope industry, Rajan brings deep technical expertise and visionary leadership to every project. A structural engineer by training, he has worked extensively across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, gaining a rich understanding of global façade practices, design standards, and construction methodologies.
Rajan spent 12 years at Arup, where he led several landmark façade projects that combined innovative design, complex structural engineering, and integrated building systems. His experience spans both new developments and existing building refurbishments, delivering solutions that balance aesthetics, performance, and constructability.
As a Certified Singapore Green Mark Manager (SGMM), Rajan integrates sustainable design principles into every stage of façade development, aligning architectural intent with environmental efficiency and practicality. His expertise has guided the successful delivery of many high-profile projects, including The Park, Mumbai, Brigade Tech Garden, Bengaluru, Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, Hong Ngoc Intl Hospital, Vietnam, and Wing Tower, Cambodia.
Known for his hands-on approach and technical precision, Rajan is passionate about adopting emerging technologies in design and construction. He continually drives innovation through 3D modeling, parametric design, and digital engineering tools, ensuring optimized, cost-effective, and high-performance façade solutions.

Naveen Kumar
With over 20 years of experience in the façade engineering industry, Naveen Kumar brings a rare blend of technical precision, digital innovation, and practical construction insight to every project. Having spent 3 years with Arup (Singapore Façade Team), Naveen has gained international exposure to world-class façade design standards and multidisciplinary coordination.
A Mechanical Engineer with an industrial design background, Naveen’s expertise bridges the gap between engineering precision and architectural creativity. His strong command of 3D design, advanced geometry, and digital integrationenables him to deliver fully resolved and highly optimized façade systems — particularly for bespoke, high-performance building envelopes.
Naveen is proficient in a range of cutting-edge 3D and BIM tools, including Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper, which he uses to develop complex façade geometries, modular systems, and detailed fabrication-ready models. His multidisciplinary skills and creative problem-solving make him a specialist design integrator, capable of translating visionary architecture into buildable, efficient, and high-quality façades.
Over his career, Naveen has led the design and implementation of several landmark projects, including Nexus Mall (Bhubaneswar), Brigade Tech Garden (Bengaluru), The Park Lodha (Mumbai), and Trump Tower (Mumbai). These projects reflect his ability to manage large-scale façades with intricate detailing, complex geometries, and demanding performance requirements.

Jeff Jia
With over 23 years of experience in façade design and implementation, Jeff is one of the most accomplished façade specialists in Singapore’s building industry. His extensive background includes 11 years at Arup, where he contributed to some of the region’s most technically demanding façade projects.
Trained in civil and structural engineering, Jeff possesses a deep understanding of building envelopes, structural glass, and architectural steelwork systems. His expertise spans the full spectrum of façade engineering — from conceptual design to fabrication and on-site implementation — with a strong command of international codes and best practices governing structural and façade design.
Based in Singapore, Jeff has been closely involved in numerous landmark developments, including Singapore Management University (SMU), National Museum of Singapore, and the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore. His practical knowledge of façade fabrication, quality control, and site coordination enables him to effectively review contractor shop drawings, resolve complex interface issues, and ensure smooth on-site execution.
Jeff also specializes in existing building façade inspection, rectification, and replacement works, bringing valuable expertise in assessing long-term façade performance and safety. He is a BCA-certified Building Façade Inspector (BFI), qualified to perform professional façade assessments in accordance with Singapore’s regulatory standards.
Combining technical depth with hands-on construction experience, Jeff continues to play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and durable façade solutions for both new and existing buildings across Singapore and the region
