Lodha Park, located in Worli, Mumbai, is one of India’s most prestigious luxury residential developments, comprising six super-tall residential towers rising up to 77 storeys, including the iconic Trump Tower Mumbai. The project redefines luxury urban living with its world-class architecture, expansive green spaces, and premium amenities.

BES Façade Consultants was appointed by the developer to provide complete façade design and engineering consultancy — covering concept design to site completion for all six towers, the clubhouse, and retail developments.

Our scope included customized façade system design, bespoke windows, architectural fins, and metal cladding systems, developed to meet the highest standards of performance and aesthetics.

Façade Design Challenges

The project presented significant façade engineering challenges typical of super-tall towers, including:
