Minerva Residential Tower is a landmark luxury residential development comprising two supertall towers, each approximately 300 metres in height and rising 78 storeys, making it one of the tallest residential skyscrapers in India. Located in Mumbai, the project represents a significant achievement in high-rise residential architecture and façade engineering. BES Consultants has been appointed by the developer to provide complete façade consultancy services from concept design through detailed engineering and site completion, encompassing both residential towers and the associated amenities.
The scope of work includes the customized design and engineering of high-performance façade systems specifically developed to withstand the exceptionally high wind loads associated with supertall buildings. Key façade elements include advanced sliding door systems and glass railings engineered for structural safety, durability, and occupant comfort while maintaining the architectural intent of a luxury residential tower.
