The proposed façade design intent showing full floor height glazing with Vertical Fins. The typical glazing has been proposed with DGU Glass to improve the energy efficiency and enhance glazing thermal performance. BES has been appointed by the developer for scope covering concept to site completion of facade engineering design and BIM services.

BES optimised fins and glazing engineers modulations balanced with visual and standardised glass modules resulted highly cost efficient designs. With expertise covering concept design, detailed engineering, and site execution, BES ensures world-class quality and efficiency for high-end hospitality projects.

The hotel facades facing active airport runway (T3 terminal, Delhi airport), featured with bullet proof glazing. BES team deeply involved with this complex specialist glazing involves heavy stuctural systems.

Bullet proof glazing with motorised smoke vent using heavy glass unit, the entire system with vent has been tested for performance at the external third party test lab. BES team involved in details for the successful integration of the challenging bullet proof glazing system
