Grade A Commercial Tower | Iconic Façade Engineering & High-Performance Building Envelope

Karle Town Centre Tower, Bangalore is a 27-storey Grade A commercial development featuring iconic façade architecture and advanced building envelope systems. BES Consultants was appointed as the façade specialist consultant, delivering end-to-end façade engineering services from concept design to site completion.

The façade design incorporates customised bespoke façade systems using high-performance materials to achieve both architectural distinction and superior environmental performance. A key design feature is the innovative external shading system, utilising folded metal sheets integrated with glazing, enhancing solar control while creating a unique visual identity for the tower.

The project includes a combination of unitised curtain wall glazing systems for typical office floors and crystal façades with steel-supported bespoke glazing systems for feature areas. These systems were carefully engineered by BES to accommodate jumbo glass units, ensuring structural stability, precision, and high levels of transparency.

Designed to meet international standards for energy-efficient façades, the building envelope optimises thermal performance, daylighting, and long-term durability. BES played a key role in detailed 3D modelling, façade engineering, and preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

With strong in-house expertise in façade fabrication and construction methodologies, BES delivered practical, buildable, and fully resolved façade solutions, enabling the client to proceed with confidence without reliance on contractor-led design development.
