The client plans to upgrade the G+4 STY commercial office building by replaçing the existing façade glazing and cladding with a modern, energy-efficient façade system. This façade replacement project aims to enhançe the building's aesthetics, performance, and sustainability while meeting the latest safety and structural standards.

BES has been engaged to design façade replacement works for an existing structure. This requires investigation of existing building and as-built conditions, and designing a suitable façade system so that façade replacement works shall be implemented successfully.
