A prominent IT Park comprising three office buildings, occupied by international corporates, appointed BES to undertake detailed inspections of the building façades and cladding systems.

As the buildings remained fully operational, access and working protocols were stringent, with minimal tolerance for disruption to occupants and business operations. Understanding these challenges, the BES team adopted non-invasive, high-tech inspection tools and advanced diagnostic techniques to investigate the façade conditions efficiently and safely.

These innovative inspection methods enabled BES to identify façade defects and underlying causes without disrupting normal building operations.

The terrace façades had experienced severe water leakage, requiring a detailed investigation to identify the root causes.
