BES was appointed by the Beau Monde Residential Society to undertake a comprehensive façade condition assessment for Towers A, C, and the Club House. The scope included detailed investigations of the entire building envelope and the preparation of technically sound repair recommendations to restore the long-term performance, safety, and durability of the façade systems.

Our senior façade specialists conducted extensive internal and external inspections using gondola access, enabling close-up examination of all critical façade elements. The investigations were supported by advanced inspection equipment and specialised diagnostic tools to accurately identify defects, determine their root causes, and assess the extent of deterioration.

Adopting a systematic, engineering-led approach, BES provided detailed repair methodologies that enabled the façade consultant and repair contractor to implement effective and durable rectification works. Our focus extended beyond identifying visible defects to diagnosing the underlying causes, ensuring long-term performance rather than temporary repairs.

Throughout the repair phase, BES remained actively involved by conducting site inspections, verification testing, and quality assurance reviews to ensure that all remedial works were executed in accordance with the approved specifications and engineering recommendations. Every stage of the façade rectification was independently monitored and validated by the BES team, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and long-term building performance.
