3 Towers of 50 Sty Luxury Residential upcoming at Worli, BES has been appointed by the developer from concept to site completion including all towers and clubhouse. BES scope includes customised designing of bespoke facade systems for ultra wide sliding windows, fins and claddings.

Rustomjee Crown Residential facades has featured with extra large sliding window fully integrated within the unitised facade systems, 7 M wide panels were pre-fabricated and erected at the site. BES has developed be- spoke facade system, well  facade engineers and the same has tested for performance.

At Rustomjee Crown Worli, the residential towers showcase extra-large sliding windows seamlessly integrated within advanced unitised facade systems. Panels up to 7 metres wide were prefabricated off-site and installed with precision, delivering both aesthetic excellence and construction efficiency.
