Existing Building Inspections

Corporate building of G+5 sty (Existing Buildings facades) experiences with performance issues as the building facade has serviced for a longer period. Furthermore a large roof skylight, client with to replace with a new glazing system. BES has been appointed by Reliance.

Understanding these challenges, BES team has used non-invasive tools and techniques without disruptions to office spaces. Large skylight of approx. 42 M diameter has been intended to be replaced with a new systems. This involved challenging structural and practical aspects. Wide range of BES team skills from design to construction techniques, has helped the project successful completions.

BES team has worked out designs for replacement of skylights works using existing steel structures., detailed engineered designs has been prepared by BES with highly practical solutions. This has helped in successful implementation of skylight replacement.
