18 Sty business hotel at Colombo city side, BES has been appointed by the developer covering Building Envelopes and Acoustic scope covering concept to site completion.
Typical Guest room facades are designed with Be spoke large size windows, detailed designed by BES. All walls are finished with high performance textured finishes. Facades are integrated with an Aluminium fin elements as architectural features. Ground lobby facades uses bespoke facade systems designed by BES with high level of transparency. Building Cleaning systems were supported at the terrace with steel structures designed and Engineering consultancy by BES with construction details prepared by BES.
BES Acoustic scope includes Acoustic treatment for service floors, all internal partition walls, meeting rooms for this project ie,. Park-inn-radisson-hotel-Colombo.
