A large IT park block B and D, 2 Building blocks of G+ 12 sty, BES has been appointed by the building operator (Tata Realty) for façade inspections and suggest remedial methods. Major area of facades has used Punch windows and Strip glazing with ACP cladding panels.
BES scope to carry our detailed Investigation of facades experienced with water leakages and other performances issues. BES has deputed senior level team, deputed full time at the site for detailed inspections thro external and internal spaces.
