Currently the tallest building in the country, standing tall besides the Galle road sea facing nearing its completion. Striking facade designs with vertical and horizontal aluminium framed Glazing systems. BES has been appointed by the owner / developer (Canwill Holdings (Pvt) Ltd / Sinolanka Hotels & Spa (Pvt) Ltd) as the principle facade consultant, BES role includes design and implementation with quality monitoring of facade works.
